Established in 2020, Sierra and Sage is a company created by hair stylists, for hair stylists and devoted to enhancing natural beauty! We are committed to  changing the industry standard in the hair extension business. From quality to customer service, we promise to exceed your expectations and put stylists at the forefront. We offer personal, prompt service & because we are hairstylists too, we know the struggle you’ve had with other hair brands, we’ve had them too and we’re committed to doing better! We’re firm believers that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes so we’ve made a commitment to empower all women through beauty & body positivity.

Our methods are founded on the belief that there is no “one size fits all” hair extension method. After trying multiple methods, our founder discovered that different hair types require different foundations - hence the Thin/Fine (best for thinner and finer hair), Medium/Thick (best for normal to thick hair), Seamless Method (works on almost all hair types and conceals beads) and Hybrid Method (combination method of beaded wefts and k-tips for almost all hair types) were born! All of our products are carefully designed and tested by stylists who work behind the chair full time, meaning our custom blended hair extensions replicate colors we see REAL clients request in the salon everyday.
