Hair Extensions
Hair Extensions can be returned 30 days from purchase. The extensions must not be worn or altered and must be in the original packaging.

How to Return
Please fill out the form below. Make sure to include all information as well as your order number. Once we receive your return form, a member of our customer service team will contact you. Please note that Sierra & Sage is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

Return Processing
Returns & Refunds will be processed when the returned items are received in our warehouse. Returns & Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. For store credit, you will be issued a unique discount code to be used for future purchases. Refunds may be issued to the form of original payment on items that have not been used or worn, but cash refunds will not be issued for any warranty claims. If you choose to receive a refund in the form of your original payment on a new (un-opened/un-used product) you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please note that refunds to the original form of payment will take 3-5 business days to process once your items are received in our warehouse.

Sierra & Sage Guarantee
Sierra & Sage offers a Guarantee on all hair extension products. Due to the nature of human hair extensions, it is possible, though not common, to receive a "bad batch" of hair. In the event that you purchase Sierra & Sage Extensions, install them and you or your client experiences excessive dryness, tangling or shedding, we will replace your extensions at no cost to you. You will fill out the form below, include your order number and state "warranty claim" in the memo. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you with further instructions. Please note, that warranty will not be valid beyond 30 days of purchase and warranty claims will be resolved by replacing your hair extensions but will not be solved by cash refund or by store credit. Warranty claim will be void for any customer not following the Sierra & Sage Hair Care Guide or using products that contain proteins or bond builders. You may only file one warranty claim per item, per order. You will be required to send photos and video of the product as well as return the product in order to receive a replacement. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. Sierra & Sage is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with warranty claims.
